    There is no point to this diet! One week will not do anything for an overweight person.  This process takes time, you need to build good long-lasting habits which take at least 3 weeks.

    So what is the point of eating carrots for one week just to eat McDonald’s burgers all next week and put on even more weight?

    I would not trust a one week diet unless it has been totally proven by scientists.  But even then it is almost impossible to make a diet work in the matter of one week.

    Well, I believe anyone can lose weight in 1 week… The question is how much can I lose in a week with 1 Week Diet? 1 pound? 10 pounds?

    I know that it depends on a lot of factors but after researching for a while I believe it comes down to this – you lose weight if you consume fewer calories than you burn. And there’s a certain amount of weight that you could possibly lose even if you consumed no calories at all for a week.

    Sorry, but I don’t believe that this is worth my money…

    Thank you for this post, it seems to be a very interesting experience, the price is quite reasonable and I believe it would work for me (I would need to use it probably in 2 months as I am not able to do any exercise due to operation in the previous month). So I believe for me it would work, however, I cannot imagine this would work for really big people.
