How To Make Sassy Water For Weight Loss?

How To Make Sassy Water For Weight Loss

Sassy water for weight loss was invented by American nutritionist and journalist Cynthia Sass. It is flavored water that she mentions in her book, The Flat Stomach Diet, which has become a bestseller.

Water is different from other waters with flavors in that it has no artificial aromas and sweeteners, but makes it at home with fresh and healthy ingredients with no added sugar.

Sassy water is a great beverage that will accompany some diet or special diet. However, it is also great for sufficient fluid intake because by consuming this water, you will also enter the recommended amount of water for the body to function properly.

Except for weight loss, many consider this drink great for detoxification, but it also contains vitamins and minerals.

How To Use Sassy Water For Weight Loss?

Sassy water is an ideal drink for people who have fat on their stomach and thighs. It’s also great for getting rid of all those toxins that build up due to stress and fast food.

Sassy water is easy to prepare and you can carry it with you and drink wherever you are, so it is good for those who work hard and do not have time for special meal preparation or exercise.

Although it is believed that sassy water will help you even if you continue with your old habits, it is best to use water with a diet or a regulated diet. It has a pleasant taste, unlike many weight loss drinks.

Sasi water is very popular around the world because it contains 0 calories, and is very effective. The secret is in high vitamin C and foods that are strong antioxidants like cucumber. No wonder then that sassy water is also called elixir of life since it is a source of minerals and vitamins, but also perfectly hydrates the entire body.

Sassy Water For Flat Stomach And Thinner Thighs

How to prepare sassy water?sassy water and weight loss

There are several recipes to prepare this beverage, but the more common one is with ginger, mint, and cucumber.

Ginger is responsible for speeding up metabolism and improving digestion. Mint works similarly, with citric acid being recommended in almost all diets for fat digestion.

Those who have used sassy water claim that even when you are not losing weight, you are losing inches in circumference in your stomach and thighs. All the ingredients in the sassy water help to burn off the fat, reducing the thighs and stomach.

Sassy Water – Recipes

To prepare the sassy water it is necessary:

  • Fresh medium-sized ginger
  • Fresh mint leaves, about 12 pieces
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon

In a large saucepan of boiled or filtered water (8 and a half cups of 250 ml) place a well-washed lemon cut in half, cleaned and chopped. There is no need to peel the lemon or strain the juice. Peel and chop the cucumber into rings, then add to water. Wash 8 – 12 sheets of fresh mint and add them to the water.

Peel the ginger and grind it, then mix it all together. Cover the beverage and refrigerate overnight. The water should stand for at least 10 hours to allow all the food to release its aroma and effect. Drink water for the next day whenever you feel thirsty, and you can strain it if you feel comfortable.

Drink your sassy water for at least 4 days instead of water to see results. For best results, drink the water on an empty stomach in the morning, with snacks, before your main meals, and the rest when you feel thirsty. It is optimal to drink 8 glasses a day (as much as a glass of plain water is recommended), but if you are over 80 pounds, you can drink 10 as well.

It is best to use organic, unsprayed lemon if you can find it. You can put the sprayed lemon in a solution of baking soda and water for about 20 minutes, after which the lemon will be safe to use.

Sassy water is best prepared fresh every night, so it is best to always prepare a quantity sufficient for one day.

There are also variations on this beverage, with cinnamon, chili peppers, oranges and the like. They are all prepared in the same way as the original sassy water recipe. You can also add lime and orange to your original recipe for even more delicious taste.

  • Sassy water with apples and cinnamon

Pour 2 liters of water into a large bowl, 5 apples that you previously washed well, peel and cut into smaller slices, then add 5 cinnamon sticks. Mix, let stand and drink.

  • Cucumber and chili pepper

In 2 liters of water add 2 peeled cucumbers cut into thin rings and one chili pepper chopped finely. Allow standing and drink instead of water.

  • Pineapple, cherry, and apple

Put two cups of finely chopped pineapple in a bowl, then add the peeled and halved cherries, chopped apple and 2 liters of water. The beverage should be refrigerated overnight, and in the morning drink it chilled even after it proceeds.

  • Lemon, grapefruit, and orange

Wash two lemons, two grapefruits, and two oranges so cut into thin slices without peeling. And this sassy drink must stand overnight.

What Are The Results When Drinking Sassy Water?

Cynthia Sass claims that you will see results after 4 days of consuming this beverage. During the first 4 days, you will lose 3 pounds, and if you continue to use sassy water for longer, the results can be up to 10 pounds!

Of course, depending on your metabolism, the results may be faster, slower, or larger or smaller.

Sassy water has proven to be excellent for detoxifying the body and expelling excess fluid, but also regulates digestion, bloating, bloating, constipation and hard stools and has a beneficial effect on digestion in general.

Sassy water will provide you with a sufficient amount of fluid your body needs and eliminate nausea and fatigue. Combine it with a proper diet and you won’t even have to starve, and you’ll lose inches and pounds.

Sassy Water Experiences

Depending on your metabolism, you may lose 10 to 12 pounds of excess. However, if you have less weight to lose, your result may be lower. If the pounds on the beam scale are stationary, you should measure the circumference of your stomach and thighs, as experience says you can lose 10 centimeters in circumference.

The best results are achieved in combination with a light diet and moderate physical activity. If you combine, in addition, special exercises for critical parts (such as the belly), expect to bring your line to perfection.

Sassy water is not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people with sensitive stomachs and those who are allergic to any of these ingredients. People with a gastric ulcer should never drink it because of the acid from this water.

If you combine Sassy water with 310 Shake Meal Replacement you will achieve even greater results.

Now, this is really nice. Never knew with such a simple recipe one can benefit this much. I’ll get some for my mum so she can burn some stomach fat. Now that she can’t really exercise well, this would do the magic. Most people don’t have the strength to work out and must have given up on reducing fats, I’ll personally try these and share with my friends. Thanks, Daniel for sharing.

You had me at “sassy”!  Seriously though, this drink sounds delicious and I must try it.  I am not a huge water drinker and must be constantly reminding myself to drink more of it.  I think this could really be a solution to that.  I have my usual water with cucumber slices or fresh mint so this is very appealing to me.

Hello Daniel, this sassy water can actually do magic. 12 pounds loss from taking this? Wow! That sounds awesome. Though I don’t have a lot of fat to burn in my stomach, however, my sister is kind of obese and I really hope this would be of help to her. Since it can help everyone, I will give it a try too. Though this is the first time I’m hearing about this but then, going by what I just read and the ease at which it could be made, I will try it and suggest to people too.

    Hi, Daniel.
Thanks for sharing the useful information on Sassy Water for weight loss.
My father once told it in bits and pieces but I refreshed my memory with your article. I am already 12 pounds overweight and was looking seriously to find a way to reduce it. Similar is the case for my wife but she is suffering from acute acidity and takes medicine for heartburn.
What do you suggest – only I should go for sassy water or we both can try it.
    Warm Regards,
    Gaurav Gaur

Well, when it comes to heartburn your wife should not consume this water unless consulting with her doctor. She is taking medicines and lemon is acid which can provoke heartburn. You should consume water without worries as healthy people can drink it. Folks who have a problem with stomach should not drink Sassy water before consulting the doctor.

    Hi Daniel,

I must say that I have never heard of sassy water.  I love the name though.  It sounds really simple to make and I love that it gives you results in as little as 4 days.  When losing weight, many of us tend to give up when we don’t see results right away, but sassy water not only gives quick results but it is something that would taste great and offer other health benefits. I try to drink plenty of water throughout the day and this is something that I will definitely be trying.  I don’t have too much fat to lose, but I could always lose a few inches around my waistline.  Thanks for sharing.

Hello Jenny, I am glad you found it helpful. In the first days, you will mostly eject excess water and toxins from the body which will result in weight loss and that can be up to 5 pounds. After that, you will gradually lose fat around your waist and problematic areas of course with a regulated diet.
