    • Hi Sam, personally I did not have much experience with guava leaves but I heard that a lot of people are using it and that it work fine. I think that it works but you must be patient because nothing is happening overnight.

    Wow, there are so many benefits of red tea!  I have been looking for a drink I can have to help with weight loss.  I had not heard of red tea before.  I am curious what the taste is for the tea for weight loss.  Could I make it and then drink it cold, or is it better tasting hot?  I was thinking I could make it and the take it to the gym with me.

      Taste is not bad at all. You can drink it hot or cold, it is your choice. When you go to the gym I would recommend water but you can use red tea as well.

    I have tried lots of different teas, but this looks like good stuff.

     have been looking for something different to drink before bed. Obviously coffee is not ideal and I think even green tea has caffeine in it. 

    Therefore, the fact that it is caffeine free really appeals to me.

    A few years ago I was visiting in Moscow. My nephew’s family enjoys fitness and Rooibos tea. They are practically healthy people. But they know the health warnings. These restrictions are for diabetics and patients with anemic disease.

    Well I have never heard of Rooibos Tea before, the only red tea I know of is the hibiscus tea. I see this tea has so many other benefits other than weight loss hence can be recommended even for those people who are not losing weight but looking for healthy alternatives.
