  • 500 mcg of vitamin B-12 per paste
  • often deficient in vegetarian nutrition
  • for normal growth and development, nervous system, healthy liver, weight loss, energy metabolism and others.

Vitamin B-12 is a hydro-soluble vitamin that is effective in very small, micrograms doses. It is a red crystalline compound containing phosphorus and cobalt. It is found exclusively in food of animal origin (liver, kidney, meat, milk, eggs, cheeses, fish, shells), but is largely destroyed during food preparation.

It participates in the metabolism of fat and carbohydrates and in the synthesis of proteins.

Vitamin B-12 stimulates liver regeneration, ejecting excess calories through stool, plays a role in the prevention of sterility, and with C vitamin has an anticancer function.

It is an integral part of therapy in many psychiatric disorders. B-12 is poorly absorbed through the stomach, and is associated with proteins of salivary and gastric juice – this vitamin should be taken in the form of lozenges or sublingual tablets (placed under the tongue).

The absorption of vitamin B-12 helps calcium, vitamin B complexes and vitamins A, C, E, and reduce tobacco, coffee, alcohol, laxatives, and problems in the functioning of the thyroid gland.

3. Natures Aid Vitamin D3 400iu

  • It participates in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, and thus in the formation of bones
  • It helps treat conjunctivitis
  • It improves resorption of calcium and phosphorus from the gut and fixation in bones

The primary role of vitamin D is the maintenance of homeostasis and the constant concentration of calcium and phosphorus in plasma.

It resembles their absorption from the digestive tract. It contributes to stronger bones and healthier teeth and is very effective in developing children.

It is a vitamin that is not in sufficient quantity in any food of our daily diet. It is found in the skin in the form of provitamin, which under the action of ultraviolet rays is transformed into vitamin D. It deposits in the liver from where it is used by the body as needed.

4. Vitamin B-50, 100 Caps

Vitamin B complex

  • easy for swallowing and digestion
  • without artificial colors and sweeteners

Vitamin B is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in cell metabolism. Group B vitamins have similar names that differ in their chemical composition and are often found in the same food. Supplements containing all eight vitamins B are called vitamin B complex.

B-50 contains:

  • B1 – thiamine,
  • B2 – riboflavin,
  • B3 – niacin,
  • B5 – pantothenic acid,
  • B6 – pyridoxine,
  • B7 – biotin,
  • B9 – folic acid,
  • B12 – cyanocobalamin, choline, inositol.

Vitamins B has many benefits. First of all, they affect cardiovascular health and weight loss. Research has shown that the optimal amount of vitamins, especially folic acid and vitamin B12, significantly contributes to a decrease in the likelihood of heart and stroke.

Then, vitamins B are excellent anti-depressants (stress is one of the main culprits for weight gain) and affect the good mood, especially B12, B3 and B1. Neurotransmitters are those that give a sense of satisfaction, and they come from proteins (specifically, amino acids that are their integral part), and B6 is extremely important for the very synthesis of amino acids.

B-50 also helps to eliminate fatigue and increase energy. Vitamin B1 is crucial in the process of converting carbohydrates into glucose from which our body draws the needed energy.

On the other hand, vitamin B2 is excellent in the production of energy from fats. With the lack of this vitamin, our body can not efficiently utilize energy from the fat cells.

5. Vitamin C-1000

  • Antioxidant
  • Vitamin supplement diet
  • Supports healthy immune function
  • It serves for detoxification of the organism
  • It helps neutralize harmful free radicals

Vitamin C is the most commonly used vitamin supplement for nutrition. It is a hydro-soluble vitamin, which means it is easily soluble in water. In nature, it is mostly found in green leaves and dog rose, and then only in citrus fruits and other fruits and vegetables, and a man brings it into the body through diet or in the form of nutritional supplements.

The most famous effect of C vitamin is the participation in the formation of collagen, an important protein involved in skin buildup; and necessary for the development and restoration of tissue, tendons, ligaments, gums, teeth, scabies, bones and blood vessels.

Vitamin C belongs to antioxidants, so it serves to detoxify the body and neutralize harmful free radicals. Vitamin C, E, beta-carotene, bioflavonoids and other antioxidants prevent the damage of cells that occur under the action of free radicals and prevent the development of the disease and the aging process.

Taking vitamin C should not be stopped at once, but doses are gradually reduced to avoid the so-called. rebound effect – reducing immunity due to sudden discontinuation of vitamin C. It is best to take C vitamin with bioflavonoids

6. Natures Aid Vitamin C 1000mg Time Release

  • strengthens the immune system
  • reduces muscle pain after an effort
  • a strong antioxidant that helps fight the disease and weight loss

1000 mg Time Release is a supplement that will help you to enjoy all the benefits of vitamin C, contained in this new formula. Vitamin C has been one of the most important vitamins in human nutrition since ancient times.

Unlike animals, a human body can not synthesize vitamin C itself, and it has to bring it through food or supplements.

If there is not enough of this vitamin, there are many adverse health conditions – from the collapse of immunity to the creation of a higher amount of free radicals that can eventually lead to tumor and malignancy.

For these reasons, I can conclude that supplements with vitamin C are necessary and contribute to better health and vitality of the body.

1000 mg Time Release is a unique formula that contains a protected mixture, vitamin C, which includes esterified vitamin C, B vitamins, zinc, biotin, thiamine, riboflavin, and folic acid.

It provides exceptional assistance to your body, especially during the winter period, when it naturally weakens the immune system. A more recent form of vitamin C, which is esterified, works gradually over a long period to maintain its level in the body, which is most important for the manifestation of the benefits of vitamin C.

Most of the vitamin C supplements on the market contain standard L-ascorbic acid that is very short in the body and often requires small doses, which is not the case with 1000mg Time Release where one tablet is needed daily because it works all day.

The special positive side of the 1000 mg Time Release is that it can be used by everyone, even those with a very sensitive stomach, because the pH is neutral (neither acid nor basal), as opposed to most vitamin C in the market pH = 2.4 (acidic environment), so it does not cause gastric problems and heartburn.

Recommended use: Take one dose (1 tablet) daily, preferably with a meal.

That’s right, vitamin C is one of the most popular vitamins that can help in both losing weight and improving overall health. We intake very small doses of vitamin C through some food or drinks but when we consume supplements than our need for this vitamin is complete. It is a great antioxidant which is great for burning excess kilograms, improving immunity, cellulite and more.

This is great information for potential vegetarians & people with otherwise restricted diets due to food allergy. It outlines what vitamins are contained in specific foods & makes it easy for someone to seek out other good sources of those vitamins, whether it be in different foods or supplements, to ensure they are getting all of the proper nutrition. Thanks for the info!

Hi Daniel, I am in the habit of just swallowing a multivitamin every morning with breakfast. I took time though to read about the value of each of these. I am surprised to know that some of them assist in weight loss. It seems I need to increase my vitamin C doses and maybe add some vitamin B. I know those brand you have shown and I know them to be reliable. Thanks for the information. More vitamin C for me

This article explains a lot. Not just about weight loss but the effects of vitamins deficiency in the body. I never thought taking those vitamins will help me lose weight. we really learn every day.
So If I may ask, is it necessary to get all these vitamins in your house all at ones? Or can you take one and stick to it and it will do the trick?

Are they very expensive? because this is what I have been looking for because I want to lose my belly fat. Not that I have a huge stomach but I just need my stomach to be flatter than it is.

You don’t need to use all of them, just choose which one suits you the best and use that one. My recommendation is Vitamin C as it is one of the best antioxidants that can burn excess kilograms. As for the price, they are not expensive at all, I think that anyone who wants to do something good for their health and lose weight, can afford it.

Wao, what a wonderful educative article. Thanks so much for this informative write-up. It is very interesting. This family of vitamins is very essential in the human body system because of its usefulness. The role played by these vitamins cannot be alternated.

It helps our immune system in our body to be extraordinary active. It does not allow us to fall sick easily. However, the prices to get all the vitamins are very scaring. A family that can merely afford two square meal a day, how will such family be able to buy all vitamins to maintain a healthy living?

How I wish we can find all the vitamins in one tablet just as we have vitamin B complex to enable everyone has to access to all the vitamins so as to maintain excellent healthy living. Indeed it was a great article. Best wishes!

    Hey Daniel,

This is an informative article I must say. I had read this kind of article several times on the internet and fitness magazine. But the concept of using vitamin supplements for weight loss was never so clear than it is now.

I am an overweight person. And that’s the reason why I research these things so that I can keep myself fit. I thought of having these supplements a couple of times. But everyone forbade me from taking them as all them said these supplements can be harmful to our body. But after reading your article I have got the main point and I think I will go for the Nature Made B12 500 mcg supplement as it helps to cut out the excessive fat from our body.

Thank you very much for this helpful article.
