    Great article, since I’m doing powerlifting and bodybuilding.

    I’m using lots of Whey Protein (with the BCAAs), and I have to say that these kind of supplement does wonders to your body.

    Only got one question however, I’m using it for 6 weeks, then have a resting break for 4 weeks, you take a break or not?

      Thanks Emmanuel. Its up to you if you want to take break or not. Personally I am not taking any breaks because I have training every single day. If your training is not intense or if you are not train regularly you can make break.

    Hi Daniel, I use to be a bodybuilder. I have not done this in a while. I am  61 years old and over weight. Thank you for reminding about how important protein is, especially whey protein. I have a better understanding of isolates and concentrates. I thought they were all the same.

     As I am getting older, I am starting to understand how important our immunity system effects our health. Will you be adding more training posts in the future?

    A very interesting article – I’ve always thought of Whey Protein as a way of gaining weight (in muscle weight lifting format) so it seems strange to think of it related to weight loss!

    I know of a lot of fat burning foods out there but was completely unaware of milk and dairy products being included recently. How would you go about using this for weight loss – the powder AND a calorie restricted diet or just the powder?
